Hema is the Founder and CEO of Ray For Change, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through education and mentorship. Growing up without access to proper guidance and resources, she understands firsthand the challenges many young people face.

With a passion for creating meaningful change, Hema is committed to building opportunities for underserved communities within the USA and developing countries.
